Capri Holdings Names Cedric Wilmotte, CEO of Michael Kors

"Capri Holdings Limited (NYSE:CPRI), a global fashion luxury group, announced that Mr. Cedric Wilmotte will be appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Michael Kors brand effective April 3, 2023."

Mr. Wilmotte, who is currently Versace's Chief Operating Officer, most recently served as the company's temporary CEO from January to September 2022. Prior to working for Versace, Mr. Wilmotte oversaw the EMEA division of Michael Kors from its creation in 2008 until 2021. Mr. Wilmotte oversaw the tremendous expansion of Michael Kors in the area while serving as President of Michael Kors EMEA. Mr. Wilmotte had significant leadership positions before working for Michael Kors at Marc Jacobs in Paris from 2004 to 2008 and Donna Karan in New York, London, and Milan from 1998 to 2004.
