Laneige Picks Sydney Sweeney as Their First-Ever Global Ambassador

Laneige has become a household name around the world since its founding in 1994 by Korean skincare giant Amorepacific, with popular products like its Lip Sleeping Mask and Water Sleeping Mask flying off shelves and into countless bathroom cabinets (including mine). And now, all eyes are on the brand once more, as it has just announced its first-ever global ambassador: two-time Emmy winner Sydney Sweeney.

“I couldn’t be more excited to announce my extended partnership with Laneige as their first-ever global ambassador,” Sweeney said in a press release. “It all started very organically after finding the absolute best skincare routine with Laneige products after years of trial and error. After creating so many fun memories on multiple campaigns together, I’m looking forward to our continued collaboration.”

Sweeney had previously served as a brand ambassador for the United States, and this global move reflects not only the breadth and impact of Sweeney's international fame but also Laneige's intention to expand its popularity to greater, even more far-reaching heights.

This news gives us a lot to look forward to, including more appearances by Sweeney, who has stunned on the red carpet and elsewhere this season in terms of both beauty and fashion. Plus, I'll be watching for new Laneige launches with bated breath, especially since their products already play a significant role in my skincare routine.
