Selena Gomez celebrated her 31st birthday in a fiery red minidress

The celebrity-hosted a party with some of her closest friends to commemorate the momentous occasion, and she posted some pictures from it for her followers to enjoy on Instagram. There was a ton of dancing, celebrity sightings (Christina Aguilera and Paris Hilton were there! ), and enormous birthday cakes. Gomez slid into a crimson, strapless little dress by Bottega Veneta that featured leather flower petals in the style of petals. The piece comes from the brand's spring 2023 collection, and while it was displayed on the catwalk alongside coordinating embellished opera gloves, Gomez opted to forgo the statement piece in favor of a more understated and sophisticated look. She did enjoy wearing her gorgeous shoes, though. The rear of her strappy stilettos tied in with the floral appliqué on her dress. 

The outfit was made even more party-ready later in the evening when Gomez added an enormous black coat and tiny rectangular sunglasses. The outfit is perfect for a birthday girl because it immediately makes you the center of attention. What, you don't rock runway-fresh on your birthday?
