Kendall Jenner Named L'Oréal Paris Global Ambassador

Her face will be prominently displayed around the city as part of her new position—even more so than previously. According to WWD, Kendall Jenner will start appearing in the cosmetics company's advertising campaigns in September.
"L'Oréal Paris has been an iconic brand for as long as I can remember," Jenner told WWD of the partnership. "I am so excited to become a part of a team that has such passion and purpose in what they are doing." According to Jenner, it was her mother, Kris Jenner, who first inspired her love of the iconic brand. "My mom has always been a source of inspiration for me in all aspects of life, and L'Oréal Paris is something she used while I was growing up, so I have her to thank for showing me the way," she explained. "L'Oréal Paris is timeless and iconic. I try to always lean into the classics. 'I'm worth it' is all about understanding and knowing your worth, which I feel is so important, especially in today's day and age."
According to Jenner, who spoke to Vogue, she used L'Oréal shampoo when she was younger, and her current go-to item is the Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation.
L'Oréal Paris' global brand president, Delphine Viguier-Hovasse, described Jenner as "one of the most powerful women in the world," telling Vogue that the company was proud to collaborate with Jenner. In our aim to empower every woman, everywhere, we have reached a new height. Kendall Jenner might have achieved the same level of success at any other time, but her value, her decisions, and her image might have been established or even controlled by others, the speaker noted. But only Kendall Jenner herself can be said to characterize Kendall. She embodies all that Gen-Z is about.
Jenner joins a star-studded group with this new collaboration that includes actresses Elle Fanning, Camila Cabello, Helen Mirren, Katherine Langford, and Viola Davis, among many more. She presently acts as the creative director of FWRD and collaborates closely with companies like Marc Jacobs. Jenner previously served as an Estée Lauder spokesperson, most notably for the now-defunct Estée Edit line.
