Consider it the compact version of combining a liquid or powder highlighter and a liquid or cream blush in one. In simpler terms, it's the powder version of Charlotte Tilbury's popular liquid shimmery blush wand.
Though March 28 is only a few days away, the new Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush will be available on Sephora's website and app the day before (March 27).
